We have created an on-line registration form to make it easy-peasy for you to register, indicate if you want copies of the Memory Book, and to update everyone on your past fifty years.

Note, you will need to send your registration fee to Dick Hammerstrom at his address which appears on the registration form

We appreciate your taking time to fill this out. Doing registration this way makes it easy for us to keep a record of everyone's whereabouts.
